本公司提供運動按摩、筋膜放鬆及相關身體調理服務，採預約制。
We provide sports massage, myofascial release, and related body conditioning services on a booking basis.
2. 預約與取消政策 Booking & Cancellation
- 預約需提供正確聯絡資訊 Valid contact info is required
- 若需取消或更改，請於指定時間前通知 Cancellations should be made in advance
- 未到或臨時取消可能影響未來預約權利 No-shows may affect future bookings
3. 健康聲明 Health Disclaimer
您應主動告知身體狀況（如受傷、疾病、懷孕等）。
若未告知，本公司不承擔相關風險。
You must disclose relevant health conditions (injuries, illness, pregnancy, etc.).
We are not liable for undisclosed conditions.
4. 責任限制 Limitation of Liability
本服務屬保健與放鬆性質，非醫療行為。
不保證療效，亦不取代醫療診斷與治療。

5. 使用規範 User Conduct
使用者不得：

- 影響服務運作
- 對服務人員不當行為
